To ensure you receive the care and service you deserve, we kindly ask that you book an appointment. This way, we can dedicate our time exclusively to you, making your visit as special and memorable as possible.
Our appointments are private and last 2 hours. This allows you plenty of time to try on dresses and discuss your preferences with our consultants, with the exception of our 1-hour Sample Sale Promo appointments.
We recommend bringing pictures of dresses you like as well as undergarments similar to what you will wear on your wedding day.
We kindly ask that you limit your guest count to five or fewer. Our space is designed to offer an intimate and personalized experience, and having a smaller group helps keep the focus on you. We've found that bringing too many guests can sometimes become overwhelming and take away from the joy and emotion of such a special moment. We want your appointment to be meaningful, memorable, and all about finding the dress that makes you feel your very best.
We do request that you please leave the little ones at home to help ensure a serene and focused environment.

Our dedicated team is here to ensure that every bride finds her dream dress that fits beautifully and feels magical.
We recommend starting your dress shopping at least 9-12 months before your wedding to ensure enough time for fittings and alterations.
We believe every bride deserves to find her dream dress, no matter her budget. Our bridal gowns range from $1,500 to $4,000, with the majority falling between $2,000 and $2,800.
We’re here to help you explore all the beautiful options within your budget, and we also offer a selection of off-the-rack sale gowns. These dresses are available at discounted prices—some are heavily marked down if we've had the sample for a while, while newer sample dresses may have a smaller discount. It's a wonderful way to find your perfect dress at a price that works for you!
Payments accepted all forms of credit cards, cash, or check - no fee's for credit cards
To make your dress purchase as seamless as possible, we have a simple payment plan: 50% of the total cost is due when you place your order, and the remaining 50% is due when your dress arrives in store. This way, you can budget more comfortably and focus on the excitement of waiting for your beautiful gown!
Alterations are not included in the price of your dress, unless you are ordering from our Private Label collection or selecting one of our customizable mothers' gowns, in which case basic alterations may be included.
For bridal gowns, alterations typically range from $450 to $1,500, depending on the complexity of the work needed. Most standard bridal alterations usually fall between $600 and $800.
We highly recommend using our in-house seamstress to ensure a seamless and worry-free experience. With over 25 years of experience, Mary will ensure your gown is expertly customized to your body and bring your bridal vision to life—down to the very last detail!
Depending on the complexity and season, alterations can take anywhere from 2 to 8 weeks.
Typically, it takes 4 to 6 months for a wedding dress to arrive after the order has been placed, however some do come within weeks of ordering.
Many of our designers have very quick shipping times, however we offer rush order options for an additional fee, depending on the designer's schedule and availability.
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been placed or a dress has been purchased off the rack.
